This is the first of several studies of François Boucher’s nude women drawings. I used a Rembrandt Peach soft pastel stick framed by masking tape, graphite and sanguine pencils from Daler Rowney and for the highlights General's White charcoal pencil.
I found a nice A4 sketchbook, it is the Daler Rowney Ivory. The first drawing will be a study of Sir Edward Coley Burne-Jones’s “Desiderium”1873. For this I have used Daler Rowney’s Artists Sketching and Graphic Pencils and have stained the paper with a Rembrandt Peach soft pastel stick.
